Tasting note
Deep, seductive nose with aromas of peach, herbs and elegant floral, exotic notes. Plenty of substance on the palate with great saltiness, juiciness and playful minerality. Wonderful local wine!
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with prawns, duck and mushrooms.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually in several passes and, after twelve hours of maceration, fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks.
