Tasting note
The wine smells of tangerines, limes and mirabelles, salty slate notes. On the palate, mineral, crystal-clear, spicy, with aromas characterized by tropical fruits. Opulent, spicy, full-bodied and melty on the palate. Long-lasting aftertaste.
Vinification
Graved by hand, spontaneously fermented slowly and cool, aged in large wooden barrels, then long storage on fine yeast.
