Tasting note
Deep nose of white fruit, chalk and slight reduction. Spicy and delicate plant with a nice balance of suspense, saltiness and ripe minerality. Wonderful value for money!

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here, they are sorted and gently pressed. The aging takes place in large oak barrels (1,200 liters). Since animal products are completely avoided in the cellar, all wines from the winery are vegan.
