Tasting note
The nose is intense with lots of freshness and notes of lime and herbs. Noticeable minerality on the palate, great suspense and ripe fruit on the finish.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are macerated for eight hours. After gentle and slow pressing, the wine ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where it is then stored on the whole yeast for ten months (without stirring up the yeast set).
