About the wine
The Schönleber family has been growing wine for 250 years and cultivates the vines in the top Monzing vineyards with passion and commitment. Their wines reflect the exceptional terroir and are therefore particularly full of character.

A great Riesling with dark aromas and remarkable depth on the nose. Compact and juicy on the palate with great extraction, a nice arc of suspense and inspiring minerality.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are gently pressed and fermented spontaneously in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. 100% of the wine is then matured in large wooden barrels on fine yeast, which provides additional complexity and richness.
