About the wine
The Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm has been at the top of the Moselle for over 100 years and also enjoys an excellent reputation worldwide, especially among professionals. Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are gently pressed and then fermented spontaneously. Long-term aging on fine yeast creates a lot of texture and complexity.
