About the wine
The Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm has been at the top of the Moselle for over 100 years and also enjoys an excellent reputation worldwide, especially among professionals. The Rieslings are known for their longevity and for precisely reflecting the soil, climate and location characteristics of each vintage.

Tasting note
The reductive note is accompanied by confit citrus fruits and honey. An exciting start with lots of finesse, structure, vitality and gripping minerality.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are gently pressed and then fermented spontaneously. Long-term aging on fine yeast creates a lot of texture and complexity.
