About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German Weingut Immich-Batterieberg conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Riesling with Asian food or shrimps.
Tasting note
Expressive scent of ripe fruit, peach and orange peel, which is complemented by a subtle earthy note. The well-balanced acidity refreshes the dry, powerful palate. Extractive and harmonious Riesling.
Culinary recommendation
For Asian food, duck and mushrooms, we recommend Flaschenpöstler.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the wines are aged largely uncontrolled in both wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks and left on the whole yeast for a long time. The puristic and dry wines are neither refined nor deacidified.
