Bio
Tasting note
Already in the nose, the wine exudes a ripe stone fruit fruit, which is accompanied by fine herbal aromas. The aromas of mirabelle are reflected in the mouth, accompanied by a wonderful juiciness. The distinctly prominent minerality and precise nature make the wine complex, exciting and enormously drinkable. The mouthfeel is refreshing, accompanied by a long finish - a Riesling that never makes you tired.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, freshwater fish and hard cheeses.
Vinification
Picked by hand, selected again at the sorting table, aged in large old double-piece barrels and stainless steel and left “sur lie” well into spring.
