About the wine
With the special Ribolla Gialla DOP Friuli Colli Orientali from 2016, you will positively surprise your friends. The winemaker from the Italian winery Cadibon masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the blooming and fertile landscape of Friuli.
Tasting note
Intense straw-yellow color. Fresh, dry, very appealing white wine, with scents of acacia flowers and pineapple.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish dishes and white meat dishes.
Vinification
Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of no more than 17°C. Maturation for six months in chrome steel tanks, then aged for about 60 days in bottle.
