About the wine
Picturesque and graceful landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Nabal conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Do you already know the present Tempranillo Ribera del Duero DO Valle de Nabal with the 2016 vintage? If not, it's time! Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience when you serve this Tempranillo with polenta or pizza.
Tasting note
Intense ruby red with purple reflections. The nose presents strong berry aromas. The palate is full-bodied, fresh with an elegant acidity. A wonderfully structured finish supported by strong tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, grill and Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
The Tinta del Pais grapes (Tempranillo), which were picked by hand on September 10, 2016, are aged in oak barrels for 10 months after traditional fermentation. Of these, 60% are French and 40% are American oak barrels.
