Do you already know the presenter Tempranillo Ribera del Duero DO Reserva? If not, it's time! The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Nabal is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the graceful and enchanting landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you offer this Tempranillo with red meat or pizza.
Tasting note
Strong ruby red with purple reflections. The nose has complex aromas of ripe red fruits, pastries, cocoa and delicate anise nuances. Incredibly powerful and expressive on the palate. The tannins are probably fine-grained and rounded, and the wood is well integrated. The long-lasting aftertaste of this top Tempranillo is impressive.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, grill, hard cheese and lamb.
Vinification
The Tempranillo grapes were harvested by hand at the end of September. The grapes for this wine are selected. Only the best grape material undergoes spontaneous fermentation. During the following 14-16 months, they mature in 80% new American oak barrels and 20% new French barrels. Extraordinary quality that is 100% aged in new oak barrels.
