About the wine
Straw yellow wine with green reflections and steely shades of great transparency. On the nose, aromas of apricot, pear and ripe exotic fruits complemented by a lemon-lime note, which is perfectly complemented by its subtle floral scent. On the palate, it shows a fresh acidity. Clever craftsmanship and care in the vineyard have produced a surprisingly intense wine, with a strong aromatic richness.

Goes well with caprese salad, grilled Asian chicken breast, blue cheese, crepes with lobster, grilled cheese sandwich, pulled pork croquettes, salmon tartare with citrus and dill, Milanese risotto, seafood
Vinification
Made from 100% Albariño from vines that are more than 25 years old. Grape selection before destemming. The static deposit takes place in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Filtration through a tangential filter and bottling.
