Bio
Tasting note
The color of this Negroamaro is crimson red with purple hues and pink iridescence. Typical Negroamaro scents on the nose. Those of small red forest berries, strawberries and cherries. The characteristic bouquet clearly refers to the terroir that determines the wine. Sweet tannins are present on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat and game.
