About the wine
If you're looking for something special, don't miss out on this powerful Shiraz 2020 — Regieterre Rosso Salemi IGT. Fertile and blooming landscapes in Sicily give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Musita conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Intense and brilliant ruby red. Stylish and elegant in scent. With fruity notes of cherry and sour cherry, which mix delightfully and excitingly with the spicy notes typical of the variety. Dry, clean and fresh on the palate. Fine notes of red fruits, currants and sour cherries combined with a vanilla scent and a delicate tannin note.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty and spicy meat dishes as well as hearty dishes such as couscous & curries.
Vinification
Harvest by hand in mid-September. Traditional 12-15 days maceration with selected yeast substances and finely tuned pumped circulation cycles at 26° C. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation and malolactic acid conversion. Ageing for 10 months in barriques, then for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and in the bottle.
