Tasting note
Bright, intense ruby. Fruity-spicy on the nose, with notes of ripe, sweet, small berries, sour cherries. Powerful on the palate, with smooth tannins of good quality. Juicy freshness paired with lots of melting and wonderful juiciness. A balanced wine with good concentration and aromatic persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pizza and pasta. Also accompanies summer barbecues.
Vinification
After vinification in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks, the young wine ages for six months in large Slavonian oak barrels of 30 and 60 hl.
