About the wine
You will definitely have a lot of fun with the delicious Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso DOP Friuli Colli Orientali, which was produced in 2015. Blooming and fertile landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cadibon conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.
Tasting note
Light red wine with a soft and sinuous taste and aromas of wild berries.
Culinary recommendation
Highly recommended with spicy pasta dishes, mushroom risotto, red meat, well-stored cheeses.
Vinification
After destemming, the juice remains on the skins for 10 days, with daily remontages. Natural fermentation with local yeasts at a controlled temperature of 23-25°C. Aging for ten months in oak barrels and aging for 60 days in bottle.
