Tasting note
The bouquet is well-balanced: a good mix of ripe fruit and aging aromas, making this red wine appear a bit complex even on the nose. There is harmony between the structure (fruit, tannin) and the aroma on the palate. It is a wine that is youthful and lasts quite a long time in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with meat dishes, pasta, pasta and pizza.
