About the wine
The Azienda Agricola Il Roverone is located in the heart of Valpolicella in San Pietro in Cariano. Passionate wine is the motto at Il Roverone, housed in a rustic country house surrounded by 6 ha of vineyards. An additional 3 ha are located in the Roverone vineyards in S. Ambroggio. Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella, Molinara, Oseleta, Croatina and Sangiovese are planted, as well as the Garganega and Malvasia used for the white sweet wine Passito.
Tasting note
Deep ruby red. Intense red and dried fruits on the nose. On the palate, light floral aromas of violets, lots of warmth and elegance. Perfect acid sweet game.
