Tasting note
Light straw yellow — exciting nose with citrusy elements and notes of yellow stone fruit, plus a mineral-salty character, which then manifests itself clearly on the palate. 100% whole grape pressing and spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels, then maturation in steel tanks for 4 months to preserve the pure fruit character and freshness of the wine preserve.
