About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Viñedos de Aldeanueva masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque landscape of the Upper Ebro. Tasting note
Dark ruby red with brick red shimmer notes of dark berries and fruits. Balsamic aromas, which are accompanied by nuances of vanilla, tobacco leaves and leather.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meats, game dishes and aged cheeses.
Vinification
Aging for 24 months in American and French oak barrels. Refining time in bottle for at least 36 months.
