Brick-red color with violet rays. On the nose, interesting aromas of tobacco and leather, as well as vanilla and chocolate. Semi-dry on the palate with an elegant, persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with all red meat, especially as an accompaniment to honey-caramelized pork.
Vinification
12 months in French barriques and concrete eggs.
