The winemaker from the Italian winery Bertinga has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the hallmarks of this red wine, which originates in the blooming and fertile landscape of Tuscany. Tasting note
“Punta di Adine” means the highest point of the vineyard “Adine” (520 meters above sea level). Stony terroir. Wonderful aromas of berries and flowers, black truffles and fresh mushrooms. Full-bodied, polished tannins. Long and aromatic finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The organic red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase of this wine: Now until 2035. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Punta di Adine Toscana IGT goes well with lamb, beef and pizza.
Vinification
Fermented in concrete tanks, aged for 18 months in Austrian 2500 liter wooden barrels.
