Tasting note
Dense, intense ruby red with purple reflections. Aromatic on the nose with the scent of dark fruits, blueberries, blackberries, but also spicy notes. Balanced and strong structure on the palate with velvety tannins. Aromas of dark berries and spicy, smoky notes. Medium-weight body.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, lamb.
Vinification
Mash fermentation and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, further expansion in wooden barrels.
