About the wine
À Tue-Tête is a small brewery that specializes in mixed-fermented, barrel-aged beers. Located in the Swiss Prealps, ÀTT is surrounded by vineyards and orchards. They work closely with orchardists and winemakers to create beers that reflect the regional terroir, all with a touch of modernity.
Tasting note
Intense aromas of plums are complemented by wild yeasts and a tannic finish.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif or dessert.
Vinification
Mixed fermentation. Aged in barrels where plums are macerated.
