About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Borgo Antico masters this sparkling wine in the blooming and beautiful countryside of Veneto. With the fine Prosecco Superiore Brut Conegliano Valdobiadene DOCG, you will positively surprise your guests.
Tasting note
The fine-pearled sparkling wine is straw yellow and presents aromas of white acacia blossom, apple and unripe pear in the bouquet. On the palate, the prosecco is dry and develops fine notes of white blossom. The finish is pleasant and of medium length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, crustaceans, fish.
Vinification
Harvested by hand. Vinification using the Charmat method takes place in steel tanks.
