Tasting note
This vintage Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco is bright straw yellow and has a fine and persistent perlage. The scent is very pleasant with notes of acacia flowers and fruit. The taste is dry, harmonious and persistent. After the first sip, you're in the mood for more!
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fish or white meat dishes, risotto, minestrone, charcuterie and prosciutto. Excellent aperitif prosecco.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September. 50% of the must remains on the skins for 18 hours at 6°C (criomacerazione), 50% of the grapes are pressed whole. The sparkling wine is produced using the Chamat method, which foams for at least 45 days.
