About the wine
The Borga family has been cultivating the Marca Trevigiana vineyards since 1940. That is where I started. Today, it is the four cousins of the family who create and design me and the other wines with love. This is where winemaking experience meets the joy of experimentation. Because the new generation makes modern wines that breathe new life into Veneto.

Tasting note
I owe my glamorous appearance to my bright, rich straw yellow with silver reflections. On the nose, I sparkle with aromas of acacia and elderflower, white peach and apple, with a hint of herbs. On the palate, I am slim and fresh, enveloped in balanced softness and fresh fruit, and prickle long and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, mozzarella dishes with sarde, chickpea flour omelet with mushrooms and vegan cheese or linguine pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and almond pesto.
Vinification
I am experiencing two fermentations. The first takes place in a normal steel tank at around 16° and 18°. My second fermentation then takes place using the Charmat method for about 30 days. The long, second fermentation gives me my added complexity and length.
