About the wine
The Vigna Dogarina - Gruppo Vi.V.O. Cantine vineyards cover the soils of Caranto, a clayey alluvial soil rich in calcium and magnesium and carried by the Piave waters from the Dolomites to the Salgareda landscape. This special composition of the soil guarantees an important supply of minerals to the roots of the vines and thus promotes the great taste consistency of the wines produced.
Tasting note
Color: Brilliant straw yellow with persistent perlage. Aromatics: floral notes, red apple, fresh, citric start. Body: Lively start, fresh and unmistakable, sweet fruit shell, medium-bodied, spiced notes. Quality: Easy to drink sparkling wine with lovely perlage and a fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
It is suitable as an aperitif and goes well with fine fish dishes or cream cheese.
