About the wine
To get a feel for the barren beauty of Catalonia, there is no way around this red wine, which the Spanish winery Joan Simó masters with a fine sense of texture. With the distinctive Grenache 2018 — Priorat DOCa Tres Nou Bellmunt, wooden box, you can offer your family and friends something very special. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this grenache with vegetables or red meat.
Tasting note
Tres Nou impresses with a full-berry nose, spice and a bouquet of herbs. The strong fruit is also on the palate and is supported by a beautifully ripe tannin structure. You'll notice that it stays on the palate for a long time.

Vinification
Maceration at a low temperature for 2-3 days. Alcoholic fermentation with temperature control at 28°C. Long maceration, 30-35 days after maceration. Followed by a very gentle hand press and malolactic fermentation in barrels.
