About the wine
The winemaker from the Joan Simó winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. The powerful Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 — Priorat DOCa Les Sentius is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with Gruyère burgers or pizza with mushrooms.
Tasting note
Strong wood, strong spice: herbs and black pepper, slate, tar and amarena cherries. On the palate, silky and sensual, with a seamless volume filled with high-quality extract and a distinct mineral character.

Goes well with venison, grilled meat and lamb.
