About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Barisi masters this red wine in the sunny and fertile landscape in Puglia. With the fine Primitivo di Puglia IGP from 2015, you will positively surprise your friends.
Tasting note
Shines beautifully ruby red in the glass. On the nose, there are aromas of red berries and cherries, combined with spicy notes. Harmonious, fruity and easy to drink on the palate, with fine tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, meat, pasta.
Vinification
Primitivo, the early ripe grape variety and relative of the interest trade, grows in the vineyards around Manduria. Fermentation and expansion took place in steel tanks.
