About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Spanish winery Real Sitio de Ventosilla Burgos masters this red wine in the enchanting and picturesque landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). If you're looking for something special, then you can't miss out on this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 — Prado Rey "Cuvee Primium". Tasting note
Color: Intense ruby red. Aroma: The ripe fruits dominate on the nose. The barrique wood contributes spicy and vanilla notes, which create an exquisite, pleasant aftertaste. Character: A round wine with a fleshy and, thanks to its mild tannin, velvety taste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with venison ragout, rabbits, cheese and much more.
Vinification
Aging for 10 months in American and French oak barriques.
