Tasting note
Clear, shiny black and red robe. Aromas of small, wild wild berries, sour cherries and pepperoni, exotic spices. Soft, harmonious, delicate tannins.
Culinary recommendation
An excellent accompaniment to Italian cuisine, such as carpaccio, lasagna, saltimbocca, funghi porcini (porcini mushrooms), bistecca alla Fiorentina as well as red meat, game specialties and mountain cheese.
