About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Trolliet Frères grows this wine in the Bordeaux countryside. We have a special, dominant Cabernet Sauvignon from 2014 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Cabernet Sauvignon with ribeye steak or Gruyère burger.

Tasting note
On the nose, a typical aroma develops that reminds us of classic Bordeaux: berry fruit (cassis, blackberry, elderberry), spices, hot peppers. On the palate, this Bordeaux is surprisingly complex and complex: strong, juicy tannins combined with an integrated, fruity acidity. An honest Bordeaux that pleases and conveys pleasure.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with mushroom appetizers, veal steak, pork steak, spare ribs, pasta casserole and veal bratwurst.
