Tasting note
Medium ruby red with sparkling garnet reflections, color-tight. Delicate, silky bouquet, very typical of strawberries, cherries, subtle, peppery spiciness paired with beautiful notes of formation (smoke, wood), fine, earthy nuance. Body: Long drink, noticeable compote notes on the palate, fine tannins in the middle section, well-integrated acidity, aging aromas in the aftertaste. Elegant wine that reflects its origins - young wines carafe.
