About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Bobinet masteres this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque and fertile landscape of the Loire. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Chenin Blanc with meatballs with tomato sauce or puff pastry.
Tasting note
On the nose, notes of exotic fruits such as pineapple, mango and papaya as well as floral notes. Fresh palate with nice minerality. Ends medium-long with peach and citrus aromas.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed directly and put into barrels for fermentation. Ageing for four months in steel tanks.
