Tasting note
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, floral aromas with hints of pears, apricots, bergamot and citrus fruits. Refreshing, dry, delicate on the palate, medium-bodied and with a mineral, pleasant aftertaste.
Vinification
After pressing the grapes, some of the must is kept protected from air at 8-10°C for 12-15 hours. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It then enjoys a rest period of around 3 months in the bottle.
