About the wine
You will definitely enjoy the delicious POESIA Bianco IGP, which was produced in 2016. The winemaker from the Italian winery Vinicola Mediterranea has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and refinement are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing countryside of Puglia.

Tasting note
Floral aromas that are reminiscent of rose, jasmine, violet and especially lavender, paired with floral notes (elderberry, orange) and then, in the second place, fruity nuances of ripe apple, quince and pineapple are revealed in the aromatic bouquet on the nose. A pleasing, accessible white wine with a sweet start and a nice, persistent fruitiness is presented in the glass. Light and carefree, it ends with good freshness in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with apéro, aperitif, charcuterie, waes, quiche, grilled fish, seafood and chicken.
Vinification
Expanded in stainless steel tanks.
