Tasting note
Dark ruby red with black reflections. Outstanding aromas of black cherries, wild berries and a touch of pepper. Complex richness, soft and round, with beautifully integrated tannins. Aromatic, generous finish with a touch of precious wood notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with haefelichabis, Provençal cuisine, stuffed eggplants, red meat in sauce, game specialties, polenta, porcini risotto.
