About the wine
With the strong red wine 2019 — Pinot Noir, you can offer your guests something very special. Sunny landscapes in Ribatejo give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Casal das Aires conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
The Pinot Noir aromas of mushrooms and caramel candy express a lot of complexity with a very special structure. Afterwards, the fruity nuances of raspberry, cherry and vanilla reveal their own character. With subdued, finely developed tannins, medium-bodied and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine presents its flawless structure.

Goes well with roast veal with strong jus or rabbit with balsamic lentils.
