About the wine
This strong red wine — Pinot Noir Thurgau AOC No. 2 crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. You can describe the landscape of Eastern Switzerland with words such as hilly. However, the Swiss winery Schlossgut Bachtobel is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this red wine. We think he succeeded! Tasting note

Vinification
Selected grapes are macerated in 5000 liter oak barrels from Burgundy at 5 °C for six to ten days. It is then aged in 800-liter barrels for at least twelve months.
