Tasting note
Intense aromas of red berries and blackberries. Add pepper, tobacco and some leather. Very rich on the palate, a bit denser than Le Petit. Pleasant meltiness, fresh and a slight extract sweetness. The tannins are present.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grill BBQ, lamb, game and beef.
Vinification
Aged in barriques for 18 months, bottled unfiltered.
