The winemaker from the German winery Hanspeter Ziereisen has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the blooming and sunny landscape in Baden. Tasting note
Intense dark berry bouquet of cherries and spices. Fine roasted aromas and a slightly smoky note round it off. Soft and elegant on the palate. The jasper presents itself with a strong structure and a juicy, long finish. One of the biggest pinots in Germany!

Vinification
Hand-sorted grapes from vines over 25 years old are fermented on the skins for ten weeks, stored for 20 months in 20% new and 80% used 225 liter wooden barrels, bottled without filtration.
