Culinary recommendation
Wonderful accompaniment to all kinds of stews — whether lamb gigot, beef shoulder, roast pork or ossobuco.
Vinification
The grapes are picked strictly by hand and transported to the cellar in small boxes. After alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is aged in barriques for 18 months before being bottled for another 12 months before being sold.
