About the wine
Nature can be described with such words as hilly. However, the Swiss winery Domaine de Gourmandaz is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this red wine. We think he succeeded! This dominant red wine 2015 — Pinot Noir Bonvillars AOC is in the truest sense of the word a hit right down to the last drop! Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Pinot Noir is excellent to serve with duck or cheese.
Tasting note
Color: Clear cherry red with delicate ruby reflections typical of the variety. Aromatics: Ripe fruity, intense bouquet, distinctive notes of spices, sour cherries, raspberries, delicately underlaid notes of smoke, tobacco, finely peaty. Body: Very long, soft start, present, elegant palate with distinctive aromas, robust structure. Quality: Elegant style with an intense aroma, typical of the region.
