About the wine
Give yourself a treat for the senses with the delicious Pinot Noir Aigle Chablais AOC from 2013! Sunny and fertile landscapes of Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Les Celliers du Chablais conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.
Tasting note
A well-balanced red wine, fruity and sustainable. Ruby red color with slight violet reflections. A medium-intensity bouquet. Berries blackberries, currants and raspberries dominate the palate, plus stone fruits such as cherries, cherries, plums and dried fruit, in addition to slightly smoked toast notes. Dry on the palate and with a long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled or fried veal.
