Tasting note
A ruby red wine with typical brick-red reflections that become apparent when aged for a longer period of time. It has very distinct aromas of red fruits, particularly black cherry and jam, with hints of almond and vanilla notes. Rather impersonal at a young age, it refines considerably over time thanks to its excellent structure and gives velvety and powdery impressions of remarkable harmony.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with “alla Mantovana” risotto, roast lamb, braised guinea fowl, grilled white meat.
