About the wine
The grapes are gently pressed and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (2°C). It takes four months to age in stainless steel tanks, after which it is bottled.
Tasting note
Straw yellow Delicate but intense bouquet with distinct floral notes in young wine. The older wine is characterized by a wider and more intense bouquet with notes of straw. Elegant but discreet on the palate with a pleasant acidity that gives the wine freshness and enhances the taste sensations.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with mild fish soups, seafood risottos, grilled fish, cold veal or poultry.
