Tasting note
Pinot Grigio is a full-bodied, extract-rich white wine of straw yellow color, with a floral smell, of apples and pears and a pleasantly soft taste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with mushroom dishes, fish and seafood. Wine is also recommended as an aperitif.
Vinification
Fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging in stainless steel tanks.
